We offer both in-person or virtual appointments. New or existing clients can use our HIPPA compliant video conferencing app called Signal. It is a free and easy to use app that can be downloaded to your iPhone or Android phone allowing our clinicians to meet with you via an audio/video platform. If you prefer to use the internet, we also offer a free and easy to use HIPPA compliant tele-health software platform called Doxy.me. Clients can also meet by phone if necessary or preferred.
Please contact your insurance company prior to scheduling virtual appointments to verify that telehealth sessions are covered under your policy. If you have any questions about insurance coverage, please contact our Billing Specialist (Eileen) at 216-440-1973.
